The Research Program is the academic core of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. Membership in the cancer center recognizes a level of excellence in and dedication to cancer-related teaching, research, patient care, and community outreach activities. Members of the program are eligible for consideration for access to all services, use of space, and financial support.
Membership is open to all faculty who will promote the mission of the cancer center. See Guidelines for Membership (pdf) for more information.
An invitation to apply for membership may be initiated by the cancer center director, a Research Council member, or the prospective member him- or herself may make initial application to the with the recommendation of his/her Department Chair.
