Cancer Research Awareness Month

In 2007, the U.S. Congress designated May as National Cancer Research Month. At the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center, we are joining the American Association for Cancer Research's national campaign to raise awareness of the importance of cancer research and highlight the progress that research institutions are making in critical areas of research and patient care.

 

The University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center is an NCI-designated cancer center dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and cure of cancer. Our physicians and scientists conduct cutting-edge research to bring the latest advances in cancer treatment directly to our patients.
