In partnership with the State of Maryland Cigarette Restitution Fund program (CRF), the Baltimore City Cancer Program (BCCP) is an initiative of The University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center (UMGCC) for uninsured, low-income Baltimore City residents.
The program aims to eliminate cancer deaths through early detection, diagnosis, and treatment. It offers breast and cervical cancer screening services for uninsured or under-insured minority communities in Baltimore. We promote healthier lifestyles through education, focused on cancer risks and prevention. See our outreach Events Calendar.

As of March 2007, the BCCP has performed 15,566 free cancer screenings, and identified 63 patients with cancer.
