The University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center (UMGCC) is easy to reach from Interstates 95, 97, 70 and 83 and the Baltimore Beltway, (I-695).

From the north: Follow I-95 South to Exit 53 (Route 395 North, Downtown). Stay on the right and follow signs for Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Follow MLK Blvd. to the fourth traffic light and turn right onto Baltimore St. Follow Baltimore St. to the first traffic light and turn right onto Greene St. Stay on the left and go 1/2 block to the first traffic light and turn left onto W. Redwood St. Enter the underground University Plaza Garage on your left.
From the south: Follow I-95 North to the Russel St. exit. Follow Russel St. as it merges into Paca St.; turn left onto W. Redwood St. Enter the underground University Plaza Garage on your right.
Take I-70 East to I-695 South to I-95 North. Take the Russel St. exit. Follow Russell St. as it merges into Paca St. Go two blocks on Paca St.; turn left onto W. Redwood St. Enter the underground University Plaza Garage on your right.
Follow I-83 South (Jones Falls Expressway) to the end. Go two traffic lights and turn right onto Lombard Street. Follow Lombard St. for 12 traffic lights and turn right onto Paca St. Turn left at the next light onto W. Redwood St. Enter the underground University Plaza Garage on your right.
Follow I-295 North to Baltimore. Inside the city limits, I-295 becomes Russell St. Follow Russell St. as it merges into Paca St. Go two blocks on Paca St.; turn left onto W. Redwood St. Enter the underground University Plaza Garage on your right.
Take US-50 West to US-301 to I-97 North. Take the I-695 exit towards Baltimore. Take the I-295 exit and follow the directions from Washington, D.C. or BWI Airport.

Safe, convenient patient parking is available at several locations near the University of Maryland Medical Center:
1. The underground University Plaza Garage on W. Redwood Street, just opposite University of Maryland Medical Center and the University of Maryland Professional Building is reserved for patient parking. Be sure to take your parking ticket with you for validation. Many University Physicians practices offer free or discounted parking. Check with the staff at the office you visit for more information.

Arriving and departing patients may be dropped off and picked up in the circular drive in front of the hospital. Parking is available in front of the hospital for 20 minute drop-off and pick-up only. Free valet parking service is available at the front entrance for mothers in labor. If you need assistance getting from building to building, the Medical Center offers a shuttle service. For assistance, dial the information desk at 410-328-5473 (or 8-5473 from any in-house phone).
Parking During Stadium Events
Access to W. Redwood Street and the University Plaza Garage will remain reserved for patient and patient visitor parking during events at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
Stadium traffic should be considered when traveling to the Medical Center after 5 p.m. or on weekends.
